Can someone please tell me if there is an alternative oil that i can use to saturate my filter in before i install it in my YZ450F. Its a twin air filter. Just wondering if i can use regular engine oil or something because i cant find any of the recomended brands or types.

Oh dear, a very old post and no answers.
Short n sweet, do NOT use engine oil.
Twin Air, No-Toil, Belray, Putoline and all the major ol companies make air filter specific oils and this is the ONLY type of oil to use. Anything else will cause either carb fouling or restrict air flow.
